# 내부 IP 제외하기

자료가 잘 업로드 되었는지, 공유링크로 접속했을 때 잘 보이는지 확인하기 위해 스스로 공유링크에 접속해보거나 팀원에게 접속해보게 하시는 경우가 종종 발생하실텐데요, 

이 때 이런 내부 IP는 통계에서 제외되고 열람내역에도 표시되지 않도록 하는 방법이 있습니다.

PDF > 열람내역 > 가장 최근 열람 에서, 우리 내부 IP에서 일어난 열람을 찾아 "해당 IP 제외하기"를 눌러보세요&#x20;

해당 IP에서 쌓인 열람기록이 어떤 것들이 있었는지를 확인하고, 제외 사유 (예: 본사 IP) 를 기입하여 IP 제외하기 버튼을 누릅니다.&#x20;

이렇게 하면 열람 내역과 각종 통계에서 해당 IP에서 쌓인 열람은 반영되지 않은 채로 보이게 됩니다. 기존에 쌓였던 열람에도 적용되며, 새롭게 쌓이게 되는 열람에도 적용됩니다.&#x20;

만약 IP 제외를 해제하고 싶으시면, 방법은 아래와 같습니다.&#x20;

우측 상단에 적힌 유저 이름 버튼을 눌러, 기본 설정 페이지로 들어갑니다&#x20;

여기에서 "제외 해제하기"를 누르면 제외되었던 IP를 다시 복구하여 삭제되었던 열람기록들을 그대로 볼 수 있습니다.&#x20;
